Iran is ready to restart atomic talks with the United States on condition that it is handled with "respect" and "honor", Iran's foreign minister has declared.

The Iranian diplomat said solely negotiations was effective, and shared fresh requests had come from mediators to restart talks with the US government. He claimed Iran did not have undeclared nuclear sites, and Iran could not yet permit the International Atomic Energy Agency to access struck enrichment centers for protective measures.

Walking a Difficult Path

Araghchi is treading a difficult course since Iran aims to avoid be perceived to be proceeding from a position of disadvantage, and he insisted repeatedly that Iran had emerged more powerful militarily and mentally from the joint assault on its nuclear sites in June.

In his speech to the gathering, aimed to paint the US as a controlling nation that misuses the notion of international law, Araghchi said the 12-day war demonstrated the clash could not be ended by military means.
